20/07/2020 – Past Sunday it was announced that the Quarter Horses stallion Hollywoodstinseltown has been humanely put to rest on the 5th of July, due to the complications of a bacterial infection. The 16-year-old palomino stallion is a son from Hollywood Dun It out of Miss Tinseltown and was owned by Silva Reining Horses in Pilot Point in Texas. Hollywoodstinseltown himself, having > $ 185.000 NRHA earnings to his name, had a beautiful show career and his offspring held and still upholds the honor. In 2016 their NRHA earnings pushed the stallion over the $ 1 million mark and in 2019 over the $ 2 million mark, being Tinseltown Fly Guy out of Fly Flashy Jac his top earner having > $ 264.000 in NRHA earnings to his name.
On European soil several of Hollywoodstinseltown offspring has earned their reputation. The most well know are without any doubt the 6-year-old mare Cee U In Tinseltown out of Miss Wimpy Hollywood from Wimpys Little Step, owned by Gisela Haas (NED) and the 7-year-old stallion Missedouttinseltown out of Miss Sliding Peppy from Lil Ruf Peppy owned by Golden Paint Ranch (BEL).
