Packed stands at NRHA Belgium Futurity

30/09/2019 – The NRHA Belgium Futurity & Futurity Show featured a fantastic highlight on Saturday evening in Azelhof in Lier (BEL). After 3 years the Belgian Futurity is back on national soil and the decision to held the event in Azelhof seems to be the right choice. In front of packed stands the Non Pro Snaffle Bit Futurity for 3-years-old and Open Snaffle Bit Futurity for 3- and 4-years-old were scheduled on Saturday. Riders from Belgium, Netherlands France, Poland, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Finland, Norway and Italy found their way to Lier. The participation in the Non Pro division was with only 8 entries kind of disappointing, but the participation in the Open division, counting 37 entries in total, lived up to the expectations.
In the Non Pro division Dutch Sharon de Groot and Tinsel Whizington [Tinsel Jac] stood up well. Posting a 212,5 De Groot not only claimed the L2 and L1 title but also reserve honors in both L4 and L3.
