Van der Hoeven and Klein co-Champions EAC Intermediate Open

01/08/2021 – Both marking a  217,5 Dutch Roy van der Hoeven and German Verena Klein tied for first place in the NRHA European Affiliate Championship Intermediate Open class concluded yesterday in Regstrup (DEN), counting 10 entries in total. Van der Hoeven and the 9-year-old gelding USS Nu Spook [Smart Spook] owned by Karina Lingvig was the first entry and he did just fine. Second entry was Klein with the 6-year-old gelding Got My Baileys [Wimpyneesacocktail] owned by Angelika Schürmann and Klein did just fine as well. Stayed in the lead until the end of the class, both riders preferred the co-Championship above a run-off. Step 3 of the podium marking a 2160, was for the 8-year-old stallion Gunna Outgun Ya [Gunnatrashya] owned by Jette Ceglarek and ridden by Danish Ditte Poulsen.
