Andrea Pedrotti dominates IRHA NP Maturity finals

25/09/2021 – 30 Combinations in total entered the finals of the € 35.000 added IRHA Non Pro Maturity concluded yesterday at Tenuta Elementa (ITA) of which 13 vying for the title in L4, 15 for the title in L3, 20 for the title in L2 and 15 for the title in L1. Only 2 non-Italian riders had managed to get their ticket for the finals in the preliminaries: German Nikolai Stiller and the 9-year-old mare Hollywood Gunrunner [Gunner] (L2 and L1) and Swiss Sabine Schmid and the 6-year-old gelding Sailorsarcofpride BB [Whizasunnysailor BB] (L4 en L3). Stiller came along fine an posting a 212,0 the combination placed 3rd in L2 and claimed reserve honors in L1. The title in L1 as well as the reserve title in L2 went to Francesco Centaro and the 8-year-old mare Whiz A Tronic [ Topsail Whiz] posting a 212,5. Posting a 216,0 Andrea Pedrotti and the 6-year-old stallion HA Whizzing Spark [ Spooks Gotta Whiz] claimed the L2 Maturity Champion title. That was not the only victory for Pedrotti. The combination also claimed both the L3- and L4 Maturity Champion title. Reserve honors in both divisions were for Roberta Gianformaggio and the 5-year-old stallion One Shot One Nic [Rooster Nic] posting a 214,0. Centaro placed 3rd in both divisions. Schmid made a major fault in the rollback resulting in a 0-score.
