Unprecedented results NRHA Non Pro Futurity finals
02/12/2023 – The results of the NRHA Non Pro Futurity finals concluded yesterday in Oklahoma City are unprecedented. The title in the $ 175.000 added L4 division was claimed by Lane Colston with Gunna Be Painted [Gunners Special Nite] by marking a 220,5. 4 Combinations marked a 219,0 tying for the co-Championship: Allison Rae Thorson with Froze [SG Frozen Enterprize], Mandy McCutcheon with Dun It For Whiz [Dun It For Whiskey], Kelsey Price with Let Err Rip [Magnum Chic Dream] and Dani Latimer with Snap My Crush [PS Mega Shine Chic]. The title in the $ 100.000 added L3 division was claimed by Thorson, Price and Latimer not only tied for reserve honors in L3, but also for the title in the $ 55.000 added L2 division. Third place in L2 was for Sandra Bentien marking a 218,5 with Gottable Electrifying [Gotta Twist It Up]. The $ 30.000 added L1 title was claimed by Latimer. Calla Thomas and Im Jacked Up [Great King Jack] posted a 215,5 claiming reserve honors; 3rd place went to Samantha Larcombe and TR Going Places [Spooks Gotta Gun] marking a 215,5. Posting a 218,5 Emma Vanlandingham and Plus Me Im Shiny [Colonels Shining Gun] claimed the title in the Youth division. Apart from that Vanlandingham and Diamond Handz [Dun It For Whiskey] also claimed reserve honors by marking a 218,0. 3rd Place went to Thomas. With Plus Me Im Shiny Vanlandingham also placed 7th in L4.
The $ 5.000 added Prime Time title went to Bentien, reserve honors were for Larcombe and 3rd place was for José Vasquez (MEX) with In Survivor Mode [In Like Flinn] marking a 216,5..
German Gina Maria Schumacher qualified with 3 horses for the L4 finals. With both CS Tuned Guns [Colonels Shining Gun] and Reining Royalty [Spooks Gotta Whiz] she marked a 216,5 tying for 9th place. With Greytest Showman [Lil Ruf Peppy] Schumacher marked a 213,5 placing 18th. In L1 German Sarah Ehrenreich and Spooks Codette [Spooks Gotta Whiz] placed 5th by marking a 214,5.
