NRHA European Derby 2020 kicks off

29/06/2021 – The NRHA European Derby 2020 for 6-, 7-, 8- and 9-year-old horses kicks off tomorrow in Wiener Neustadt (AUT). One might say that it is kind of ridiculous because we are currently living in June 2021, but the show must go on, whatever it takes. The NRHA Euro Derby 2021 is scheduled within 4 months from now, for October 27 up to and including October 31, in Lyon (FRA).
The Non Pro division of the 2020 editions counts 79 entries and the Open division 80, among which a couple of Dutch and Belgian entries.
Suzanne Scharroo (NED) enters the preliminaries of the Non Pro division with Topsail Wimp BB and Shortyslittlestep BB; Paulus Beurkens (NED) with Customized Whiz; Dries Verschueren (BEL) with Missedouttinseltown, HR Spooks Revolution and Smart Little Ruffle; and Catharina Smetsers (BEL) with Wimpy Special Gun.
Petra van Ede (NED) enters the preliminaries of the Open division with Cee U In Tinseltowm owned by Gisela Haas; Tiara van Dongen (NED) with ND Im Not A Wimp owned by Aurelie Robert; Nimroid Vannietvelt (BEL) with Hey Joe owned by Steve Vannietvelt and Gina de Pauw and Whiz White owned by Elke Thomaes; Ann Fonck (BEL) with Gunners Specialolena owned by Diego dalla Gassa; and Bernard Fonck with SG Icetopman owned by CS Ranch and Spook Sunburst owned by 7 Heaven Reining Horses.
